Building the right thing is hard, moving an organisation towards building the right thing is even harder.
It is incredibly hard to excite customers by creating valuable products and services. You only know if there is value on your roadmap when you experiment and test with people beyond your organisation but it's too easy just to get overwhelmed by the complexity when going outside of the building. And those who dare trying to find out the truth of their value proposition often face strong resistance from inside their organisation that wants to stay in the comfy zone. In my session I will discuss common problems Product Owners face and what they and their teams need to achieve the goal to create value.
